The main home... just remodeled.. has an incredibly large living room with huge stone fireplace and elegant dining room with huge table and high-backed Spanish chairs. You feel like you are in a castle in Spain!!

Kitchen is large enough to sit down and eat breakfast in the middle of the room. It also has a "VIKING" gas cooktop and oven in addition to other upscale appliances.

The Master Bedroom is approx. 16 x 20 including a wood/gas fireplace for cool winter evenings. There is "his and her" bathrooms... One with large shower and the other with a sunken tub, large vanity, water closet and bidet... Very elegant!!

2nd bedroom in main house is at extreme other end and has built-closets/tv, desk and adjoinging bath with shower. This room also leads out onto a garden.

Huge Patio/loggia is off of living room/master bedroom.. There are 2 tables, 10 chairs, 2 other chairs and a sofa out there for relaxing and entertaining guests while overlooking the huge expanse of Lake Chapala.

Casita one has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a fireplace. 1 queen bedroom and one room with 2 twins.

Casita two - is a studio with a king bedroom, table/chairs and small kitchenette.

You can rent the main house alone (casitas will then not be rented to anyone else) OR you can rent the main house and 1 casita or main house and 2 casitas if you have a large family...

Pool has a cover for winter and it is solar heated year around.. to maintain a warm temperature... usually in mid-eighties!!
